Dindas Joist Tape is a protective tape designed for the top of deck joists, bearers and structural framing in outdoor decking systems. It helps reduce moisture penetration into timber framing, supporting the durability and long-term performance of deck substructures exposed to weather during service.

Dindas Joist Tape Installation Guidelines

For best results:

- Ensure timber surfaces are clean and dry
- Apply tape centrally along the joist top
- Press firmly and roll or dry squeegee for full adhesion
- Overlap joins by a minimum of 50mm
- Install decking boards through the tape as normal

Storage & Shelf Life:

- Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when stored correctly.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place between 0°C and 35°C.

Important Note:
Dindas Joist Tape helps protect the structural framing beneath decking boards by reducing moisture exposure.
It is not designed to waterproof the deck surface itself.
